Our Story
SCS Bookkeepers & BAS Agents is a boutique bookkeeping and BAS agent business that was formed in 2009 by partners Dot Rose and Tamara Rose. We are registered BAS Agents with the Tax Practitioners Board,
Silver Xero Certified Partners and members of the Australian Bookkeepers Network. And we love what we do, if you picture a person perched up with a stash of chocolate and a hot coffee chipping away at their to do list,
ideally with slippers on and music playing in the back ground - this is us!
Between us we bring over 75 years of experience and knowledge to the table and we have modelled our business on providing not only bookkeeping services but sound advice and support to our clients. When you engage our business we make it our business to get to know you and support your needs and goals. We take the time to get to know your style of work and how we can best compliment that. Some clients we have are highly organised particular people and others like to throw all their receipts into a shoebox and drop it on our doorstep, and we love working with each of them. Plus we enjoy having a laugh along the way and don't like to take ourselves too seriously.

Our services are cloud based which allows us to have clients all across Australia. It also allows us to perform our work from anywhere which helps us to support our own goals regarding our work life balance. Once you start working with us you will soon understand that not only will your work be completed on time and to an extremely high standard but there is also a high chance it was completed by us either sitting by the beach with our laptop, on the sidelines waiting for our kids to finish sporting practice or 10 minutes before teeing off on a golf course somewhere new. Because we value family, we value travel and we value relationships.
Our business is our baby and our clients are like family to us.
